Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville East

This location was wonderful! It was away from the downtown area so very quiet, and had ample parking. We were able to check in early even on a holiday weekend which was amazing. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Free breakfast was also very nice with lots of choices, bacon,sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Plus you get 2 free drinks at happy hour. Drive into downtown was less than 20 minutes so still close to all the fun. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic cozy hotel great for shorter or longer stays. I’ve stayed here for a relatively long period for a hotel and I can confirm that nearly everything was satisfactory. Service: Incredible and kind staff from the get go. No complaints. Ernest and Abby were especially great in terms of hospitality and helpfulness. Complimentary things: includes a gym, an indoor pool, a gym, a little printer office space, and a great breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. Another highlight is the happy hour with free drinks and snacks. They do offer NON complimentary dinner and a bar from 5-10. Cleanliness: For a hotel from 2002 it is relatively good in terms of cleanliness, however our room did have some stains on the carpet, nothing crazy though, everything else was fine.

This location is fabulous! First time staying here. We were greeted by Ernest who was very professional and engaging, a true representative of the Hilton brand. The evening reception was nice with a plethora of snacks and complimentary drinks. We ordered dinner from the in-house restaurant and were pleased with selection and quality of the food (we ordered quesadillas one night and a pizza the other). The bartender and staff are so sweet and helpful. I enjoyed the warm pool and open pool area. Husband appreciated the fitness center, and we both felt the breakfast buffet was superb! Can’t wait to stay again!

This place was awesome, room was nice, clean, and spacious. Could use a few more outlets by the bed. The breakfast is great, made to order omelet or regular eggs. Bacon was freshly made as well. Highly recommend. While we didn't use the pool it is limited to 5 people at a time for 30 minute limit that had to be reserved ahead of time and only 1 time a day.

My husband and I Love the remodel!!! We had not been to this embassy suites in over 4 years. Unfortunately like most embassy suites, the service, food, and perks are great but they need a makeover. This newly renovated Embassy suites hopefully will be the example for others to follow. We always come back but this time I was happy to write a 5 star review.

We recently hosted our Annual Mid-Year Meeting at this establishment. This gathers our volunteers from all across the US to learn, fellowship, and have fun. We heard nothing but praises for not only the rooms, but for the large meeting spaces as well. Elisha was particularly spectacular during the course of events, rendering service the owners would be proud of.

The room was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it should. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. They have a lot of variety for breakfast. I stayed four nights, so it was nice to have something different every morning. The pool was also very clean. I ate at the restaurant in the hotel once, and the food was good. Staff were friendly.

The entire staff were excellent. The level of kindness and professional engagement was over the top. I encourage you to stay at this hotel for your next business trip or personal/family trip.
